When we begin to edit your photos, we charge the below rate.

Some of the photos are quick to edit, but some depending on the lighting conditions and the amount of de-cluttering that needs to take place takes longer.

3D Virtual Video Walkthroughs

TRAVEL

We charge standard AA rates for travel to and from a location. We do adjust our rates as and when we are forced, to due to the fuel price fluctuations.

Although this bugs some of you, remember we receive no compensation for the time spent travelling.

There is a rational behind this, in that we do not charge for the time phoning and co-ordinating the shoot and any follow ups that could be required.

Below you will see our standard pricing for the floorplans, being our standard 2D which is similar to the diagram to the left.

A second option is the Plus Package which includes fixed furniture rendered into the diagram (this is virtual furniture). This is perfect for houses that are empty with no furniture inside the house. It gives a really good idea of the space when virtual furniture is added.

The third option is Plus 3D which includes all of the PLUS, and includes a render of your furniture in situ including the colors and textures in your house.
